Sashimi Platter
This is absolutely the most delicious sashimi on the central coast! The cuts of fish were exquisite and so fresh. Highly recommend!
Los Osos
This dish was recommended to us by our waitress and I am SO glad we took her word for it. It is so clean and fresh. The salmon paired with the delicately sliced lemon wedge is absolutely heavenly, I can't recommend it enough.
Hamachi Belly
Never disappointed with this Nigiri. Delicious and excellent quality.
Tempura Veggie
We order the Tempura Veggies every time we visit Umi Sushi Pacifica. So crunchy and delicious. We save the big onion ring for last so savor!
Three Kimchi Sampler (Seasonal)
I'm sold on the sampler. All three had differing flavors and degrees of hotness. My wife wants me to go in a buy the jars now.
Ceviche Sashimi
OH man was this delicious. Just enough flavor with incredibly fresh fish!
Panorama
I briefly worked at Umi, absolutely amazing staff, beautiful food that is not only gorgeous but delicious. The Panorama has Ahi, Roe, Unagi, Avocado, Misago, and... yeah more... even comes with gold flakes on top. This dish was seriously one of the best specialty dishes I've ever had at a restaurant. I can't recommend it enough honestly.
Ono
The Ono Nigiri is one of the best! The fish almost melts in your mouth and is so buttery. I love that they give you an extra slice of the Ono on top of what is already on the Nigiri.
Salmon & Garfunkl Roll
This is another one of our favorites. Such a beautiful presentation and very high quality.
